The Glenair Compact Bayonet (CB) Connector is an extended durability harsh environment connector for tactical communications equipment. The CB connector is a push-to-mate, turn-to-lock miniature bayonet connector with spring-loaded contacts. The “PogoPin” contact system offers improved resistance to damage and contamination compared to conventional pin-and-socket contacts

Glenair is the recognized leader in the manufacture of fiber optic connection systems for every branch of the military and every configuration requirement. We are able to supply all of the discrete components and deliver turn-key I/O interconnect cables and harnesses.

Glenair's Series 22 Geo-Marine® Connectors offer high-density insert arrangements for a variety of oceanographic, geophysical and other severe environmental applications. The mated stainless steel plug and receptacle have a hydrostatic pressure sealing capability of up to 5000 psi (345 bar) and are available in either glass-seal hermetic or rigid dielectric environmental insulators.

Backshell tightening tools designed by Glenair provide a full 360° gripping surface on backshell coupling nuts. These innovative tools minimize the possibility of coupling nut distortion and false tightening problems when mating backshells to circular connectors.

Glenair IPT and IPT SE series connectors offer rugged, high vibration performance and rapid mating for both high-performance and general duty signal connector applications. The products are environmentally sealed and can be equiped with EMI/RFI shield termination backshell accessories. IPT SE is qualified to VG 95328. Both product series are in accordance with MIL-C-26482.

The Glenair ITH connector series is based on the MIL-DTL-5015 standard, but features an improved reverse bayonet coupling technology. The products conform to the VG 95234 standard and are currently used throughout Europe on hundreds of ruggedized applications.

Glenair manufactures a wide range of environmental and hermetic class MIL-DTL-38999 type connectors including lanyard-release products, bulkhead feed-thrus, composite and specialty metal cable plugs and receptacles, connector savers, EMI/EMP filter receptacles and Coax/Quadrax contact equipped products.

Glenair has been in the hermetic connector business for over 30 years and is positioned to service a broad range of both commercial and military standard hermetic requirements with a wide range of products.

The Micro-Crimp connector features crimp, rear-release size #23 contacts on .075 inch (1.9 mm) spacing, as well as size #12 and #16 power and coaxial crimp contacts in a range of hybrid layouts. Available in 29 insert arrangements, the Micro-Crimp provides a wide selection of arrangements for data and power transmission.

The Series 80 "Mighty Mouse" Connector is designed for high-reliability aerospace/defense interconnect applications requiring robust environmental performance and reduced size and weight. The Series 80 "Mighty Mouse" Connector offers virtually equal performance to MIL-DTL-38999 interconnects with up to 71% weight and 52% size savings for similar contact layouts.

Nanominiature connectors are high reliability ultraminiature interconnects intended for critical applications where size and weight restrictions will not allow the use of larger connectors. Contact spacing of 0.025 inches combined with a rugged twist pin contact system allow these nano connectors to be used in demanding environments where commercial-grade connectors should not be considered.

Glenair has a range of products specifically designed to meet the harsh physical and electrical conditions found in shipborne environments. Our MIL-PRF-24758A conduit system is US Navy qualified.

Glenair’s VG 95234 Connector is interchangeable and intermateable with the wide range of industry standard reverse bayonet connectors designed around MIL-DTL-5015 and/or qualified to VG 95234. The connector family is also popularly applied to industrial and military applications such as ground vehicles and electric cars.

The Glenair Series VG95328 Bayonet-Lock Signal Connector is ideally suited for all general and environmental applications that require a high-performance military type cylindrical connector with crimp-removable contacts. Qualified to VG95328,

Glenair's VG 96929 Reverse Bayonet Unipolar Connectors are used for the transmission of high currents with low voltage such as required by applications on military vehicles and on various industrial equipment.

DMC developed Safe-T-Cable, The Complete Fastener Retention System. The system will improve the efficiency and quality of your assembly operations as a replacement, in most applications for hand twisted lockwire. Used by major OEM's including Rolls Royce, GE, the system has proved to provide cost benefits over the original hand twisted lockwire.

Our shrink boots provide both mechanical and environmental protection to connector-to cable transitions. We can provide a range of boot sizes and shapes in a variety of materials including low smoke and low toxicity to meet most requirements and can customise the shape of our boots for specialised applications.

DMC supply complete capability for maintenance and production applications. These kits have all the tools and information required to support an entire aircraft wiring system (or sub-system), available for all major civil/military aircraft and helicopters. New tool kits can be custom designed to support individual applications.
