A full-time permanent vacancy has arisen within our Stores Department. Working: Monday to Friday 7:30am – 4:00pm.
Primary Purpose of Position
- To accurately pick, prepare, and issue the correct materials/components required for production.
Main Duties & Responsibilities
- To carry out duties as required and participate as part of a team
- Pick and prepare product for Production in accordance with provided documentation
- Use works order tracking barcode scanning system
- Operate within the ESD-controlled area in accordance with training, procedures, and company requirements
- Participate in stock checks
- Operate warehouse equipment in line with training
- Discrepancy Handling – report damaged, missing or incorrect items/paperwork to team lead
- Work to given priorities
- Provide support to other departments within Logistics, if required
- Ensure all work is carried out in accordance with the Quality Manual and Health and Safety procedures
Job Requirements
- Experience in the use of all Microsoft Office packages
- Working in a fast-paced environment
- Effective communication
