Summer 2025 Apprentice Appreciation Event at the One Call Stadium

It was a real pleasure to gather Glenair apprentices, mentors, team leads and friends — for one of the most meaningful events on our calendar: our bi-annual Apprentice Appreciation Event on 27th July 2025.

Now, when we say meaningful, we really do mean it. Our apprenticeship programme isn’t just about certificates or awards — although those are certainly well-earned. It’s about something that runs much deeper than that. It’s about appreciation!

Because when we lead with appreciation, we don’t just build great products. We build great people!

Apprentices aren’t just trainees. They are the future of our workforce. They bring energy, curiosity, and a willingness to learn and what better to celebrate their achievements than with a fun, food and refreshment showing our appreciation for their contributions to the company!

We congratulated 5 apprentices who successfully completed their apprenticeship programmes.
