Vision West Nottinghamshire Careers Fair - March 2026
On Thursday 19 March, we had the pleasure of attending a vibrant and inspiring careers fair at Vision West Nottinghamshire College - and what a fantastic evening it turned out to be!
With over 1,300 attendees, the event was full of energy from start to finish. Our stand attracted a huge amount of interest throughout the evening, with students eager to learn more about career opportunities and what a future at Glenair could look like. Having cross-functional team members available made a significant impact, allowing us to offer diverse insights and answer a wide variety of questions.
Sharing Experience, Sparking Ambition
It was genuinely rewarding to see such enthusiasm from students considering their next steps. Even more so, it was fantastic to witness our own apprentices sharing their own experiences - offering honest advice, guidance, and encouragement to those exploring a career with Glenair.
The conversations we had were not just informative - they were inspiring! From apprenticeships to long-term career progression, students gained a clearer picture of the exciting pathways available to them.
Looking Ahead
We hope everyone who attended enjoyed the event as much as we did. Opportunities like this are invaluable - not just for students, but for us too, as we connect with the next generation of talent.
With recruitment for our next cohort of apprentices on the horizon, we are optimistic that the enthusiasm and engagement we saw on the day will translate into future applications and positive collaborations.
We are already looking forward to the next chance to connect, inspire, and support!
