Job Description:

A full-time permanent vacancy has arisen within our Procurement Department. Working: Monday to Friday 7:30am - 4:00pm.

Primary Purpose of Position

To support and conduct both administration and organisational tasks within the Procurement and Planning Department.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

  • To deal with administration tasks as required within the Procurement and Planning Department.
  • To liaise closely with Senior Buyer and Senior Planner regarding daily tasks.
  • To provide administrative support as required to the Procurement and Planning Department.
  • To be responsible for the day-to-day administration of the department, KPI’s, NDA’s, SEQ, CAQ,
  • To contribute to the deadlines set by the Procurement and Planning Department.

Job Requirements:

  • Proven experience using the full Microsoft Office suite
  • Experience with Microsoft AX is an advantage; additional training will be provided as required.
  • Ability to work as a team player
  • Working to tight deadlines
  • Maintain professionalism and high standards in all aspects of work and working practices whilst working on and off site as a representative of the company.
