Job Description:

A full-time permanent vacancy has arisen within our Industrial Engineering Department. Working: Monday to Friday 7:30am – 4:00pm.

Primary purpose of position

To create, maintain and distribute/make available technical documentation – initially via paper but in the fullness of time via digital/electronic methods using new and existing business information systems.

Main duties & responsibilities

  • Create, Maintain and distribute Production Documentation
  • Manage the access and revision control of Glenair UK drawings and Documentation
  • Be part of the Project Team implementing the digitalisation and electronic management of all production documentation making it available through electronic means.
  • Transfer documentation into the digital system.

Job Requirements:

Person specification

  • Experience in the use of Microsoft Office software
  • Experience with Power BI would be useful but not essential
  • Effective communication skills
  • Good Attention to detail
  • Good time management
  • Full training for will be provided for the successful candidate.
